The worst experience that you will ever have don't ever rent here. This property needs to be shut down. Deserves negative stars. Poor management, poor maintenance. Bad service. Beautiful on the outside but inside the units are all old. Please look anywhere else but here. You can get a new apartment with better service anywhere else in Fremont.

We spent two lovely years at this community. It's a nice place to live with or without your family. Overall it is peaceful and safe and I think that is all that one needs from a community. Of the late there had been complains about kids making a lot of noise and playing on the streets unsupervised. Hopefully that would change as schools open up. Before moving in we saw several reviews of poor maintenance services, but luckily we did not face any such issue. All our maintenance requests were tend to within 24 business hours. We enjoyed walking around in the community in the evenings and at night. It's quite safe. The only issue we faced while living here was that as a resident of the 'Redwood' floor plan apartment, some of our furniture could not come inside, we had to return it from the door. We couldn't get a sectional in through the door, that was a bummer. So any large pieces of furniture was a no no for us then. Other than that, pretty much a happy stay for us. Thank you to all the staff for being so good to us and keeping the community working well.

Been here 18 months. The washer and dryer are 15 yrs old model and has broken down 3 times within 28 days. With each service request it takes them 3 days after many phone calls to the leasing office for them to replace the fuse. I have gone a total of 10 days out of the 28 days without being able to do laundry. After 1 yr they increased the rent by 8.8% and now I’m paying $2,509 instead of the $2,306 I paid when in the 1 yr lease. Advise to future renters is to find a newly build apartment complex, and avoid Ardenwood Rental Condominiums.

I have lived at this complex for 4 years as my children attend the local elementary, being in the school district is the only positive of living at Ardenwood Forest Rental Condominiums. - the units are extremely outdated, popcorn ceilings, dingy carpets, the appliances are at least 15 years old, and in some cases hazards, the old washer / dryers are fire hazards, rusted and old stoves. ( they started putting new appliances and faux hardwood floors in some units, once the tenants move out, but good luck to existing tenants, the management scoffs if you ask for any replacement), very inefficient furnaces, very costly. -safety, they have "neighborhood watch" signs posted, but it is all lip service. Crime has jumped up considerably, vehicle break in's have increased, NO ADDED SECURITY. I HAVE OPENLY SEEN UNSAVORY NEW TENANTS DOING DRUGS IN THE COURTYARDS / CARPORTS, I HAVE SEEN TENANTS SCREAMING OFF THE TOP OF THEIR LUNGS WITH OBSECNITYS, OBVIOUSLY MENTALLY UNSTABLE, WITH ANKLE MONITORS, YES THE TYPE YOU GET WHEN IN RESTRICTED PROBATION FROM JAIL, THERE TENANTS LIKE THIS HERE CURRENTLY. LOUD EXPENSIVE CARS "DODGE HELLCATS" " DODGE CHARGERS" AND PEOPLE THAT NEVER WORK, HOME ALL DAY AND NIGHT. -speeders and loud music, very loud cars and other vehicles, and rapid speed through the complex. Very loud rap music and latin music played at all hours. No issuance of compliance from the management. -PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ATTITUDE. -- after this is posted I guarantee you will see, some type of lip service response, it is all fake. Once you move in, the tone changes, its argumentative, and not service oriented at all. MAINTANENCE SERVICE REQUESTS TAKE FOREVER, right now as I write this, I have been waiting several days to have my garage door repaired, I am shut out of my garage for several days, they are too busy remodeling units, people leave all the time, it is a revolving door because they cannot handle it. Ardenwood Forest Rental Condominiums used to be a serene haven, it is ruined, management negligence has ruined a good community. This place is on a steep decline.
